1. Who we are
Nexus Cal AI ("the app", "we") is a personal calorie and macro tracking tool currently in closed early access. It is operated by Alex and is not a medical service.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, display name and your sign-in identity (via Lovable Cloud / Supabase Auth).
- Profile data: age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals, language — only if you enter them.
- Logs: meals (including AI estimates and uploaded photos), workouts, sleep entries, AI coach conversations.
- Usage data: pages visited inside the app, IP address, user-agent (browser & device type), referer. Used to operate the service, detect abuse and improve the product.
3. How we use it
To run the app, personalize coaching, compute your daily goals and improve product quality. Your meal photos are processed by an AI model to estimate calories and macros. Coach conversations are stored to provide context across messages and to debug issues.
4. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers strictly required to run the app (hosting, authentication, AI inference). Admins of this early-access program may view usage analytics and aggregated AI logs to support testers.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase). Row-level security restricts each user's data to themselves. Photos are stored in a private bucket scoped to your account.
6. Your choices
You can edit your profile or delete entries any time inside the app. To delete your account or request a full data export, email alexxduran2008@gmail.com.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
We'll update this page if anything material changes.
