1. Early access
Nexus Cal AI is currently in closed early access. Access requires a valid tester code. The service may change, break or be discontinued at any time without notice.
2. What this app is — and isn't
Nexus Cal AI is a calorie counting and habit-tracking tool with AI-assisted suggestions. It is not a medical device, not a medical service, and is not provided by licensed healthcare, nutrition or fitness professionals. Nothing in this app should be interpreted as medical, dietary, psychological or fitness advice.
3. Health disclaimer — please read
We accept no responsibility for any health outcome, injury, illness, eating disorder, weight change, allergic reaction or any other consequence resulting from your use of this app. AI estimates of calories, macros, meals or diets may be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong. Diet plans generated by the app are suggestions only.
Always consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian or licensed professional before starting any diet, exercise program, or making decisions affecting your health — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a history of disordered eating, or are under 18.
By using the app you acknowledge that you use it entirely at your own risk.
4. AI limitations
The AI may misidentify foods, mis-estimate portions, hallucinate ingredients or give incorrect advice. Photos taken at different angles or under poor lighting often produce noticeably different results. Always sanity-check results.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't upload illegal content or content that isn't yours.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.
- Don't share your tester code publicly.
6. Your data
See our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the app.
